Hundreds of miles above Seireitei lies the Soul King Palace and six massive floating cities that surround it, each of which are governed by a member of the Royal Guard, also known as the Zero Division. Protected by sixty-seven barriers leading up to it it is impossible to reach this area without the guidance of all 6 Royal Guards.
Seireitei is in the center of Soul Society and is home to the Gotei 13, Omnitsukido, Kido Corps, and Central 46.
Rukongai is the largest portion of Soul Society and the most densely populated. It surrounds all of seireitei and most of it's districts are submerged in poverty.
